Thank you for your interest in working at High Desert Assisted Living, Houses 1 & 2 in Clifton. This one page has the three things we need from you before an interview: our employment application, the Colorado CAPS Check authorization, and our staff policies and trainings to read and sign. Each part has its own Submit button and is sent separately, so you can do them in any order and come back to the others later.

Plan on about 30–45 minutes in total. Have ready: your Social Security number, date of birth, your addresses for the past 5 years, previous employers, and three professional references. Your information is sent only to the High Desert office and is kept confidential. Questions? Call 970-434-3888.
